Plans, billing, invoices, and how to change or cancel your Bellafy subscription.

Overview

Bellafy is a monthly subscription with three plans: Starter ($99/month), Pro ($149/month), and Enterprise ($249/month). Each plan includes unlimited bookings, unlimited clients, your clients' mini-app, push notifications, the loyalty program, and vouchers.

On top of the subscription, Bellafy charges a 3.49% fee on each payment processed through your clients' mini-app — bookings, deposits, and voucher purchases. This fee is collected automatically via Stripe Connect and is separate from Stripe's own processing fees.

In-person payments, cash, or transfers you handle outside the app are not subject to the 3.49% fee because they don't go through Stripe Connect.

Where to manage your subscription

Your subscription lives under Settings → Subscription. From there you can see your current plan, your next billing date, update your payment method, and download invoices.

Billing details and invoices

Before your first invoice we ask you to enter your business billing information — legal name, tax ID, and address. This is what will appear on every receipt for your accounting.

Changing or cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then and are not charged again.

If you want to switch plans (for example, moving from a single-location to a multi-location plan), reach out to support@bellafy.app and we'll handle the proration for you.

Refunds

Bellafy does not pro-rate refunds on monthly subscriptions — when you cancel, service continues to the end of the paid period. Full refunds are granted only in the specific cases covered by our Refund Policy (for example, duplicate charges or technical issues attributable to us).
