We're a small team on a mission to give every beauty and wellness business in the US its own app, without the complexity.
What we're building
Bellafy started because running a beauty business shouldn't require wrestling with software built for hospitals or hotels. We give hair salons, barbershops, nail salons, spas and every kind of beauty and wellness studio a branded app their clients love, a calendar they actually use, and tools to grow, all in one place. We're starting in Nevada and Arizona, and we're just getting started.
How we work
The way we build
Remote-first
We work from wherever we do our best work. No mandatory office, no time-zone olympics. Strong async communication, clear docs, trust by default.
Small team, real ownership
Everyone owns their area end to end. No one is a cog. If you want to ship real things to real users and see the impact, you'll feel at home.
Ship and learn
We ship small and often, talk to customers constantly, and let real usage tell us what matters. We'd rather be useful than impressive.
Craft matters
Our product looks and feels good because the details add up. We care about pixels, copy, load times and the tenth edge case.
Honest and direct
We say what we mean, give clear feedback, and change our minds when we're wrong. No politics, no bullshit.
Customers first
Every decision starts with the person running the salon. If it doesn't help them, we don't build it.
