How does attribution work?+
We use last-click attribution with a 60-day first-party cookie. When someone clicks your referral link, we remember it for 60 days. If they sign up and convert to a paid plan within that window, the referral is yours.
When do I get paid?+
Commissions accrue each calendar month based on subscription payments we successfully collect. After a 30-day holdback (which covers refunds and chargebacks), commissions are released monthly to your Stripe Connect account.
What happens if a referred clinic cancels?+
The 30% rate stops as soon as the clinic stops paying. The 8% residual runs for as long as the clinic is an active paying customer, so retention matters.
Do I need a company or can I join as an individual?+
Both work. You just need a verified Stripe Connect account to receive payouts. U.S. individuals file a W-9; international partners file a W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E.
Can I promote Bellafy on paid ads?+
Yes, on your own ads and channels. However, you cannot bid on Bellafy brand keywords (like "Bellafy" or common misspellings) without our written consent. Full rules are in the Affiliate Agreement.
Is there a minimum I need to refer?+
No. There are no monthly quotas or minimums to stay in the program. Your residual keeps paying even if you only refer one clinic.
Can I refer myself or a business I own?+
No. Self-referrals and referrals from accounts you own or control do not qualify for commissions.
What if I don't get approved?+
We review each application personally to protect the program. If your application is not a fit right now, we'll tell you why and, when relevant, what would change our mind.
