We're a small team, and we wanted to launch somewhere we could actually show up. Nevada and Arizona have a dense, fast-growing beauty industry, a welcoming business climate, and a clear mix of independent operators and small chains. They're the right size for us to onboard real businesses, listen closely, and fix things fast.
